Returns and exchanges are limited to unused and unopened items within 8 days after the item arrives. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if more than 9 days have passed since the item arrived.
In case of defective or misdelivered items, we will return or exchange them at our shipping cost.
Please send the "Reason for Return" to email@example.com within 48 hours after the item arrives.
